Commercial Painting in Norfolk, VA
Offices, shops, showrooms, hotels and apartment buildings - inside and out, including new fit-outs from bare drywall.
What commercial painting looks like with us
A good share of Royal Painting's photographed work is commercial: a hotel exterior worked from a boom lift, a furniture showroom, office break rooms, long corridors and a full retail fit-out taken from bare drywall to finished walls under an open ceiling. For a business, Osman can quote the painting on its own or the drywall and painting together, so one crew carries the walls from hung board to final coat.
What’s included
What helps us quote a commercial job
The more of this you can share, the faster the estimate:
- The type of space and roughly how big it is.
- Whether it is occupied, and any hours work has to avoid.
- Interior, exterior or both - and whether lift access is needed.
- Your deadline, such as an opening date or a tenant move-in.
- Any drywall that still needs hanging or finishing.
Fit-outs from bare drywall
On a new build-out, painting is the last trade in a long line. The gallery shows one taken through every stage: new board hung and taped, seams finished, walls primed and painted white, and the open ceiling painted black. Doing the drywall and the paint with one crew removes a hand-off at the end of the schedule.
